Cream Cheese Truffles
 

Ok after playing around in my kitchen I came up with these - DELICIOUS!

1 package cream cheese
2 tbl unsweetened hersey cocoa
1 dash vanilla
1 teaspoon equal
1/3 LC dark choc bar

Blend cream cheese with vanilla and equal. Add melted choc bar. Blend until mixed in.

put mixture in freezer for 20 min.

Take mixture out, form balls in 1 tbl size and roll in unsweetened cocoa until covered.

Makes 24 truffles

less than 1 carb per truffle.
