4 months for me-anyone else?
Yesterday was 120 days without a smoke--who else is still around? :D

Im still here. A couple slipups at the bars but I consider myself nearly 3 months into quitting. After all...life is a journey, not a destination.

I'm still amazed....it's been 11 months for me...and that's after smoking for 40 years.

Well as im not gonna light up 2day or tomorrow i can safely say TWO MONTHS QUIT 4/06 after 33+ years of puffing away!!!!

4 weeks 3 days for me. It is amazing I smoked for over 30 years, 1 1/2 pks a day. Have no desire to ever pick up another. Congratulations to you all. It is hard but so well worth it. Dawn

3 months...never happier
:angel: It is great to be successful,,,,i may need to work on my drinking habits,eatting...but one bad habit down feels great. After the frist 2 weeks life was good.Will never puff again... Would love to try that low carb wine,can I get it here in T.O

My cousin and I just celebrated our one year anniversary "quit smoking" day.....me. May 7 and Kath, today, May 9.
Now, if I could just shake the 15 lbs I regained since quitting smoking! jude |
Rookie here but happy
I have quit smoking for 2 Weeks, 19 hours, 6 minutes and 6 seconds (14 days). I have saved $78.40 by not smoking 295 cigarettes. I have saved 1 Day and 35 minutes of my life. My Quit Date: 4/24/2005 4:40 PM
