Active Low-Carber Forums - WOW! 9 years 6 months

Hello All,

I am not new to the site. I think I came looking for it one day and thought it was shut down. I could not find it. I think just renamed. IDK! LOL! SO I went about the business of gaining and losing weight. I am currently up 23 pounds from the last time I logged in 03/01/2010. :doah: I seriously have no idea how I stumbled onto this site again but so glad I did. I started low-carb Oct 1, 2019 at 257. So far so good. Day 4 got me running to the bathroom a lot but overall feeling really good and positive this time around. After being diagnosed with high blood pressure and fibromyalgia in that time away, I am determined to get my weight down and my eating under control by the time I am 50 in 2 years.
