Finally bought a barbell and set of weights today. 6kg barbell, with 2 x 1.25, 2 x 2.5 and 2 x 5kg weights. The condescending prick who sold them to me seemed to think I wouldn't possibly need all those. I'm going to be torn between going back in a very short time to buy more, and going elsewhere so he doesn't get my business. :rolleyes:

Steps for 31/12: 12369
Distance: 6.185 Distance from Townsville: 317.307 - over 90% of the way to Cairns. So, in 2005 I took 3 504 614 steps, for a distance of 1752.307 kilometres - taking me from Brisbane almost to Cairns. My average daily steps for 2005 were 9602. Let's see if I can improve on that in 06. |
