I managed to average >10K per day again, despite my numbers being down in the last couple of days. Back too sore to manage a workout yesterday as well, will try later this afternoon.

I have decided to change my routine back to split days. I think I was just getting too tired at the end if the full body workout to put everything into the last couple of exercises, so with any luck, I'll achieve a bit more with a split routine.
For now, I shall aim at an upper and lower routine with 1 day a week off. But of course my workouts are so often put aside when my back is just too sore, so we shall see. I started this week determined to reach 12K steps per day. Just as well I started well, because despite taking very few steps the last few days, I still averaged >10K! It's been another grim old week with too much back pain. :rolleyes:
I have at least recommenced the back exercises, although am doing them fairly gingerly as yet. Am pushing myself to keep moving though. Didn't manage the 10K steps again, but considering what a horrid week it has been - complete with a doozy of a migraine - I'm pretty happy to have averaged >8000 steps daily. Pretty average sort of week again. But at least I reached Townsville. :thup: Am now heading for Cairns, which is 349 kms from Townsville.

Not much of a week. Too much pain to do much of anything really. But at least the sciatica which was causing me big problems over the last few days has settled down to ordinary old back pain again now. :rolleyes:
