I am new to this forum, and I am not sure of the protocol, but I would like to make members aware of a guide to low carbohydrate diets which I have prepared, and is available through my website

We generally welcome such websites. But yours requires payment prior to even knowing anything about the diet/booklet.

Please feel free to share with us any low-carb experiences, without advertising for products.
