A riding into town, a whompin’ and a whuppin’

Howdy all,
New to here and new to keto/low carb. Started 5 days ago and have lost 6 pounds already! That really surprised me!
I’m looking forward to mining the information and soaking up the encouragement from here. In the meantime.... gonna do a ton of reading here.
