Well, I've done it for 10 years? Dr. just told me this week after looking at my lab report, "you're not a diabetic" I should have responded "and I never will be."

Your success is reassuring--- too many seem to think it is impossible to stick to, others dont want to even try a new way. Yes, change is hard. Being sick is harder!!!
When I read DANDR cover to cover ( with disdain for another diet) his was the first diet that said it wasnt my fault. That he was not afraid of any question, as he had the answer. AND I believed the science he presented: Diabetes and its many associated ills were looming on the horizon. Thru him I knew I was prediabetic before the doctors even thought of such a theory. lol ( THank you Dr A !)
Even I could make this way of eating work, admittedly, with many hiccups over the years. My success is two fold: having a low carb family for support, and a never-quit attitude.
