This is a friendly and supportive group. We celebrate victories, both scale and non-scale. We cheer for you for keeping on going in the wake of adversity. We wait patiently every day with you who have slow losses. Everyone is welcome to join right in at any time.
Start by putting the date and then your weight. Each day, copy and paste your entry from the day before and add that day's weight. (Hint: an easy way to do this is to hit "quote" in your previous post, then delete the 2 quote tags at the beginning and end of your new post. This will preserve any formatting and smilies you had.) It's a good way to keep a record of your progress. |

02: 257.2 03: 258.0 I'm not surprised at the slight creep up as I had a lot of calories on Tuesday and a carb-up day yesterday. Back to normal today and I'm looking forward to hopefully a little drop tomorrow or Saturday. |
