Benay, that's an email address, not a website. In place of the tilde (~), type the "at" symbol (~) and send him an email on what you would like included in the new book. Type "PP 2.0" as the subject of the email.

Make sense?

Dr Mike is obsessed with CO VID and spends most of the Arrow on that topic. Nothing related to diet. I think I am going to cancel my subscription to the Arrow if there is nothing about diet again on Friday
