My 16 month old has been eating meat since fairly early on. I'd say 7 months I was pureeing it into her sweet potatoes. She loves meat. It's the one thing on her plate she almost always eats at dinner time. Her favourite is steak, and with only 5 teeth so far, she makes quick work of it. :)

My kids were eating meat early too. Started out with puread meat and as the matured, softer meats and its amazing how they make "quick work" out of steaks.
