"Chat"

Hi. I tried to get on to the "chat" area of this site but didn't get past my "nickname." Can anyone help with this? Thanks in advance. Lara

Oops, sorry Lara, I didn't see this post till now.

The chat currently works on and off, hard to predict, but it's not very reliable. Each time I try to solve an issue with it, turn to be a waste of time.

So it's there as is, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. :(

I'm currently looking for an alternative solution.
