Sean Croxton of Underground Wellness is conducting another on-line summit, this time with a focus on REAL FOOD.

I assume Sean will organize this summit along the same lines as his Paleo Summit, which is now on sale for $99. I most appreciated that he had many excellent questions prepared for each interview. He read their books, asked in depth questions about it and closely related topics, and moved along briskly; unlike some open-ended podcasts which can wander around. Well worth keeping up with the interviews of interest, since each is only available free for 24 hours after taping.

After you register, you receive a 50 minute power point video with Joel Salatin of Polyface Farms. Interesting interview.

I am listening to Chris Kresser now...much to consider about plant based Omega 3 vs. fish-sourced omega's.
