I need the recipe for "puppy chow," - the chocolate pork rinds, please

Hello friends!

Can someone help me find the recipe for Puppy Chow? I made it years ago, but I've lost the recipe. It's the one where you use plain pork rinds, and you break them into small pieces. You mix up some coconut oil, sf sweetener, pinch of salt, butter, and unsweetened cocoa powder and maybe something else, I cannot remember. And I can't remember the ratios. Does anyone have the recipe? I'd like to make some, and possibly toss in some chopped walnuts into the mix. God, this stuff was heavenly! Oh yeah-- I almost forgot: it also had natural peanut butter in it too.

Thanks so much!

I CAN'T GET THE DANG "SEARCH" FUNCTION TO WORK, AT ALL!! (Why is that???!!)

As far as I know the search doesnt work, unfortunately. This forum is an encyclopedia!!

Hopefully someone will find it for you.

After a lot of searching, I finally found a recipe. This stuff is amazing, if you've never had it. It was really popular a few years ago when I did keto the first time.

INGREDIENTS
3.5 oz (4 cups) Pork Rinds
1/2 Cup All Natural Peanut Butter
1/4 Cup Coconut Oil
4 Tbsp Butter
3 Tbsp Stevia (or liquid stevia)
3 Tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1/8 tsp Vanilla Extract

Melt coconut oil, butter, and peanut butter in a small saucepan (or microwave)
Mix in cocoa powder, stevia, and vanilla
Pour pork rinds into freezer bag and pour chocolate over pork rinds.
Seal the bag and toss to coat
Place in the fridge to cool for 30 minutes – 1 hour
Enjoy!

It occurred to me about five hours after I posted my initial inquiry that I probably posted it in the wrong area of the forum. So thank you, mod, for moving it. I didn't know how to do it myself. Sorry for the inconvenience. I'll try to be more careful about where I post things. I think I'm all set now. :-)
