Yea, it's me...
Been to plan since I was last here on the 7th of Feb. So woo hooo! I have had 3 cheats but all were planned and none of it was junk food. Still slowly eliminating things that have crept back into my woe, and I am going to start a clean induction phase tomorrow. Gotta lose about 40 - 50 more pounds and I will be a happy little camper! Gotta go and read back some to see who has been up to what... :wave: |
