Yoga this morning. Nothing strenuous, just enough to get the muscles stretched out. Hoping to hit the gym tonight if only to walk, but just leaving the house in this cold (9 degrees) gets me coughing.

Plan on going to the gym today and I'm going to try to add in dancing every week - like going out dancing, dancing. That was awesome!
