Hugs to you!!!!!!! I can relate! I was relieved from cravings for drugs and alcohol very early in my recovery, but I sure know have contiplated murder! LOL!!! You're in my heart and prayers.

Progress report! Down another lb this week and been on the treadmill faithfully, how is everyone else coming along??

been going through some rough times with my husbands job. we are hanging in there. It really makes you think what the holidays are really truely about not just how much money you can spend.
my hubby job is overstepping there boundaries about allot of things..
i refuse to be defeated by other peoples rude remarks about stuff that is none of there business; i am not going to overeat no matter what!!

I hope everyone else is hanging in there!

I don't know HOW I managed to miss this thread until now. I've been hunting for Friends of Bill and Bob on this forum for 9 months now (when I went low-carb 4-19-05.)

My D.O.S. is 12-29-03. Bill and Bob have also helped me get control of my food/carb addiction. Actually, full credit goes to HP, as with all things in recovery. For me, all obsessions/compulsions are removed if and when He is sought...
