so I figured I would go ahead and register. I haven't started a low carb diet yet, but I have been reading books and message boards while I've been stuck on the couch recovering from surgery. I think that I've decided on the PP plan, and am planning grocery and supplement lists. Just thought I'd say hi and thank everyone for contributing to such a great site. :wave:
