Hello - to everyone out there. I have just recently registered. I have been reading on this site for a little while and needed a little support now that I have gotten really serious about doing low carb eating. Also, wanted to make sure I was doing this correctly. Started (seriously) on this last monday(3/31/03). So far so good.

Anybody out there that is in the central Texas area thay knows a good store that carries a lot of the low carb foods and that sort of items????

I am in a small town and have looked at some of the recipes but do not know where to get the items that make up a lot of the recipes.

Any suggestions????
