Hello everyone, i was wondering about wings? i am taking a good friend to dinner saturday night and wanted to know what type wings were ok to eat?
ex: HONEY,BBQ,REGULAR,RANCH,SWEETNSOUR?
please forgive me but i am at work and it easier to ask than get caught reading on th ejob...lol.......thanks everyone.... :wave:

Wings are okay, but you must ask for them with no sauce, unless you like plain ol' hot sauce. Virtually all barbecue and honey garlic sauces in restaurants are loaded with sugar. But the wings are tasty plain dipped in your favorite dressing. :yum:

I usully order regular or hot wings, fried not battered. I dip in blue cheese which usually has the less carbs of the dipping sauce.
