Hi
I just got my blood work results back and this is how the numbers compare to a year ago. Would one of you long time members let me know what you think. I would sure appreciate it as total colestral has gone up.
Total colestral 2002 2003
218 236
LDL 133 145
HDL 63 74
Triglycerides 128 87
Does this happen to a lot of people? I know the hdl and trig. number changes are good, but why would the total go up. I have been on Atkins for a year now with very few cheats, I take multi vitamin, calcium, vit. E, Vit C, fish or flax oil caplets, physsilium tablets, along with MSM and Glucosomine.
I would just like some comments on this
