Found your site and found it very interesting. Started Atkins after adding a few pounds during Christmas. So far I've lost around 17 and going for 25 more. Am a Type II Diabetic who was on insulin but reciently got off and have switched to 1 Actos a day. All because of LC diet. Enjoy the sound advice I have been reading on this site. Hope to contribute.
