Hi. I am very new to the low carbing thing. I am on Atkins, only started last week. Have already lost 4 or 5 pounds. I think I put on this weight (I'm up to 152) due to the fact that I am taking Zyprexa and Effexor for anxiety and depression. I would really like to get off these meds but have tried 4 times now and can't seem to. Has anyone had any experience with dropping these type of meds? I'm curious to find out if anyone started a low carb diet and that maybe allowed them to get off their meds? I guess I'm really hoping here. I used to be slim and trim and now.... Well, I'm glad I'm on this diet. It's got to be God sent! Thanks for your help!!! :roll:
