That is not a turtle. A turtle is someone who has been on this way of eating since March of 2002 (11 months) and has lost only 36 lbs - like me. However, I understand being frustrated with slow weight loss (since I have experienced it, myself) and you should probably post what you've been eating. A sample daily menu or two will help members give you advice on what to try to begin losing faster.

 In any case, keep the faith! It works. It's just slower for some of us.

Sorry. I guess it's just me then. :(
I have posted most of my daily menus in my journal. Although most of them do not have dinner. Thanks.

I'm afraid this is one of those times when I REALLY needed a smiley face. I was kind of pulling your leg above and it didn't come across correctly.

Anyway, I looked at your journal and the very first thing that popped up was the crackers. Are you really eating crackers? Wheat seems to be such an allergen for low-carbers that most of us try to avoid it on sheer principle. As so many before me have said it - and more eloquently - those carbs could be better spent on fresh vegetables or even some berries. And, if you are just now thinking in your head that you don't WANT to give up your one little treat of wheat crackers - well, there you go. That's addiction, hon.

I wish you the best - better even than I wish for myself - but you have to want it, too.
