Ok. I have been searching for Low Carb cookbooks, but all I have found are gourmet type books. They have things that I would never cook, and I only see maybe two recipes I'd ever use. Does anyone know of any LC Cookbooks that have some "regular" recipes? At least something normal! Any Info would be great!

The 500 Recipe Cookbook (http://www.any-book.com/500_recipes.htm) by Dana Carpender might just be what you're looking for.

The Low-Carb Kitchen Forum, right here on the site, is full of "normal" recipes too.
