Hello,, everyone! My name is Coco and I am new to this...I am very excited to start a new year....

I need to lose some weight and get fit... with my gym workouts.. I do a lot of out door sports and am middle aged and all of a sudden everything falls to your ankles and the weight comes on...

I appreciate this sight I found and am looking forward to talking to everyone and there help... :wave:
