Hi, well I'm on my 3rd day, I've stuck to it to the letter, so far, I don't feel deprived at all 8>).
However I do feel rather bloatted, traditionally I'm not a big meat eater, hopefully this will go away. I will stick with it for the 2 week period before I weigh myself, I think this is a good idea?

I'm hoping I've done this right and it ends up where I intended.

Some people do better weighing themselves weekly, or in the beginning after the two week induction. Some people weigh daily, but for me I find myself obsessing about a number - and I like eating this way since I don't like obsessing! :)
