I don't know what else to call this, but it reminds me of chocolate mousse, so that's what I called it!

I just eyeball the ingredients, so I'm estimating here... but you'll get the idea....

1 oz cream cheese (softened)
1 oz heavy cream
2 tsp. cocoa
2 packets Splenda
1/2 tsp vanilla

Whisk it all together and dig in!

I got confused with cream cheese.
Cream cheese is
Kraft Light Philadelphia reduced fat cream cheese is a
square foil box. 250g.
It is in all supermarkets. Great for cheesecakes and mooses.

Hope this helps.

Hi Terri -

I do this with only 1 tsp of cocoa, 1 packet of splenda and no vanilla.

I will try it your way ... maybe it is worth the extra carb. LOL aren't we funny????

FYI Leonie - use the full fat the reduced fat has more carbs.
