Serves 2

2 chicken breast fillets
2 tablespoons pine nuts
1-2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
About 50 mL (2 fluid ounces) balsamic vinegar.

Saute chicken in oil and/or butter. Remove from pan. Add pine nuts and balsamic vinegar to pan and reduce by about half. Add mustard and mix well. Return chicken to pan and turn to coat with sauce.

i had a recipe for balsamic chicken.....that i used to make at least once a week.....

i was addicted to the stuff...LOL it sounds almost like yours only it had it called for fresh mushrooms...and a garlic clove that came from canada. the clove was small and thin...the garlic almost had a sweet taste when it was cooked.... i got it from my mothers boyfriend who lived in canada during the summer...

i haven't been able to get any for several years since he passed away

i am going to make your's tomorrow!!!!
