I am new to this site (obviously) and glad I found it. I have been doing Atkins with my husband since July. While he had more weight to lose than I did, 45 vs. 10, he's lost about 30 pounds and I had lost 4 but have gained them back. I think I'm eating more fats than I should and less protein. My problem is that I like to snack and haven't found anything besides peanuts and cashews that are good snack food. So, I'm hoping to get advice from you "pros" and see if I can drop these stubborn 10 pounds.

A great way to get everyone here to help you out is to start a journal and list a typical daily food intake for you - be sure to list your supplements too.
