Hello All,

I am a new member to this board. I am on the LC diet and also have diagnosed Fibro and CIFIDS. I am 34 and trying to drop 30 lbs so I can get in a Wedding dress for September 13th of 2003. Wanted to say hello and jump in with any help or questions. Thank you and Happy New Year
