I have just started CAD and have a question about coffee. I know that we are limited to having cream in our coffee, but are we limited to how much coffee we can have. Can we drink a cup or two through out the day? Just curious.

You may have 1 cup of coffee with cream or milk outside of your CM's as long as you drink it within 15 min. After that, you may drink black coffee throughout the day. Hope this helps.
