grandma

Hi again,

I'm not really a grandma yet but I will be in May, this spring. Our family is happy about our first grandchild. My daughter has PCOS, so this is a real gift from God. Anyway, my question is what are some sweets that don't have Splenda in them or sugar. Someone recommended Russell Stover sf chocolate and Pure Delite truffles. I seem to have problems with manitol, giving me bloating and gas. Do these products contain malitol?

Does anyone have any good recipes using Nutrasweet as a sweetner? I'm desperate for something sweet to eat at RM that isn't sugar. I had a sugary shake today at McDonalds (eggnog, yum, yum) but I felt racey and irritable for hours after eating it. I would even be willing to order some things if they didn't bloat (if you know what I mean, tee! he! he!).

Thanks again, countdown to Christmas, less than 3 days. Hope everyone is ready. I made my Christmas cookies today and didn't eat a-one. This is really strange. Usually I'd bake up several dozen just for myself! LOL

Blessings,
Grandma to be (Mary)
