Can you tell me why you use the 3 different sweeteners? the Brown Sugar Twin, The White Sugar Twin, and the Splenda? Why not just use one or is there something to the namebrands?

But of course!

Two sweeteners are used because you can use less of both - they work synergistically - and combined, they mimic the taste of sugar.

Splenda is made from sucralose and Sugar Twin is made from cyclamate. We are very lucky to live in Canada where both are available.

BTW, Splenda is 24 grams of carbs per cup, and Sugar Twin is 12. Another good reason to use both.
