This sounds weird but is really good - especially as a change from the usual veggies.

1 small pkg sugar free lemon jello
1 cup boiling water
1 small can V-8 (about 6 ounces)
dash Worchestershire sauce
dash Tabasco
dash celery salt

Dissolve jello in water. Add juice and remaining ingredients. Chill till set - individual molds look nice. Good with a dollop of horseradish sauce or mayo on top. Makes 4 servings with about 1.5 carbs per serving.
