Maybe i am just clue less but what are these. I have not had the chance to go get a book on the PP plan i am just trying to wing it until then. But i keep seeing all these posts on psyllium husks. Can someone explain? PLEASE

I take Psyllum Husk capsules daily - it is fiber and works as fiber does. ;)

Some people take the fiber and drink it in water - I prefer the capsules.

Where would i get these? The vitamin store? Would they have them?

Pokey, I moved this to the Nutrition / Supplements forum. You'll find a few posts in here about psyllium and fiber. The one below is one of the more comprehensive, explaing the difference between soluble and insoluble fiber (of which psyllium contains both).
