Let me say that before LC I didn't have a cholesterol "problem"... I always tested at the high end of the normal range, which I still do. BUT.... I must admit that I feel relieved to have this lipid profile to show that after 8 mos of eating a diet of 65-75% fat, I'm in GOOD shape!! :D

Cholesterol 198 (<200 = desirable)
Triglycerides 85 (<150 = normal)
HDL 62 (>60 = high = GOOD)
LDL 119 (100-129 = near or above normal; <100= optimal)

Chol/HDL ratio 3.19 (<4.44 is optimal)
LDL/HDL ratio 1.92 (< 3.22 is optimal)

Hooray for LC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nice numbers, Teri :) Feels good to know that what you're doing is as good for you on the inside as it is on the outside!
