Help, help, help!!!

:( I need to add more fiber to my daily intake. What I get from my carbs is just not enough, some days it's not any. What do you use to replace the fiber you are not getting in your food? I know you all will come up with the best one to use, no extra carbs or sugar.

I use Fiber-Psyll. It seems to work really well for me. It has 14g of carbs, but 12g of fiber. So, 2g ECC. It also boasts no salt, sugar OR aspartame.

I take two psyllum fiber husk capsules made by solgar a day 2 grams of carb/2 fiber - it is a wash and i've never had a problem.

I know I sound maternal but PLEASE do eat your veggies to be healthy!
