:confused: I found myself dying for some soup. I decided to throw it together carefully watching the carbs but I still need help calculating the ecc. Here it goes:
3 cups water
3 beef bouillion cubes <1 carb each
1 1/2 cups mushrooms
2 cups brocolli florets
3 cups cabbage finely chopped
1 can whole tomatoes pureed
( 5 carbs per servings; yeilds 7 servings)
1 lb top sirloin cut into cubes browned first
season to taste with salt and pepper
Have it as 47.08 carbs
total seven servings makes it 6.72 carbs per serving.
I am not a math wizard and I would love someone to correct my work...any input would be wonderful.
