I restarted CAD again on Saturday, October 12th, 2002. I did a mini-induction/fast sort of thing for two days initially, to break me out of the cravings - I only ate my reward meal. Then I slowly added snacks or meals as hunger dictated. I think I am currently averaging 1 CM and 1 RM. I won't include my entire food log for the two weeks, it's a little much to put here. But, I will put my weights and average loss.

10/12 - 305
10/13 - 299
10/14 - 298
10/15 - 296
10/16 - 298
10/17 - 298.5
10/18 - 296.5 - 1st week average weight - 298.7

10/19 - 299
10/20 - 297.5
10/21 - 297
10/22 - 295
10/23 - 294
10/24 - 293
10/25 - 292 - 2nd week avg weight - 295 - avg loss of 3.7 pounds!! :cheer:

To say the very least, I am happy so far! :) And I am enjoying myself. Each RM is a special occasion. :Party:

:daze: Congrats!!!! It seems you are doing well. Keep it up!! I just started CAD on Monday and I had a small slip up last night. But back on track today!
