Hi all - well, just the Aussies this time,

ABC-TV's "Catalyst" programme (http://abc.net.au/catalyst/stories/promo.htm) next week will be discussing low carbing. And it sounds as though they might be giving us a favourable report for a change!

The programme will air at 8 PM on Thursday, 24th October.

It was favourable, just not very comprehensive, mostly discussing the use of low GI carbs.
