Hello from across the Tasman!

Have a good look around this wonderful site, Luanna (what a pretty name!). For example, check out the orange bar at the top of the screen - particularly "Low Carb Tips."

The best way to chat to people is to start your own journal. I'd love to "visit" yours.

Cheers, matey.

PS: There is also some useful info under Quick Links at the right side of the screen. That's where I found Low Carb NZ. (http://www.lowcarbnz.co.nz/)

ooops I have used the wrong word there ... I meant sticking to it!

Swissmom and Rosebud thank you for the welcome.

I'm sure once I get use to the site I will not be so shy, but for now I'm really just happy looking and reading what others have to say, so far it's been a great help. And the recipes are awesome.

well again thank you

Luanna :)
