Greetings!!

I'm a 22 y/o Female who started Atkins On Sept. 20th. My Starting Weight was 196. Now I'm at 189.5. I've read the book, but it's just so amazing to see it actually work... on ME!!!
My Boyfriend started the same day and he's lost 12 lbs already!
We're both pumped up!!
