This was yummy... I just kept throwing things in a bowl! LOL! Take 2 tblsp Cream Cheese and melt slightly in the microwave... meanwhile, take 4-5Tblsp heavy cream and a tblsp Spenda, whip until thick and creamy... blend with the cream cheese (i added a touch of sour cream)... add a tsp of SF Rasberry Jam and swirl through. Refrigerate. I just nibble on this through the day... what a nice treat it is....
