Hi Everybody,

I have heard of a herb, gymnema that helps regulate blood sugar. Anybody knows what that is?

Does anybody know if we should be taking that?

I've heard of this. It's an ingredient in a weight loss formula that I've seen on the Life Extension Foundation pages.
