Weds 8/28 bike 25 mins no time for walk
Thurs 8/29 bike 30 mins meeting for lunch
Fri no excercise today

Didn't do as much as I wanted yesterday, but did do a bout 4 hours of house work.

Only did 25 mins today, butt gets stiff from bike. Gel seat isn't helping. Did my 35 yesterday so it evens up to 30 perday. Hopefully I'll get to walk at lunch

I just vaccumed 5 rooms and then cleaned all the rugs. I know I didn't do my 35 minutes on the bike, but this felt like a worout just the same. I hope it counts the same way. Can't jump on the bike for health reasons, but hopefully will clearup tomorrow.

You know I forgot to mention that I stretch every morning for 20 mins. I do leg raises, about 30 each leg, and alot of excercises I don't know the names for.


Today 35 mins on bike with 2 1/2 pound leg weights on each leg and 5 pound weight excercises with arms the last 5 mins.
Tonight work on stomach

Just finished 25 mins on Bike w/ leg weights and wrist weights on. Then did 10 min with arms and 10 pound weights.

I did about 10 mins on the bike today and about an hour of walking. I couldn't do the bike because my butt gets too stiff from the seat. My BF went out and got me a $45.00 gel seat and its still is too hard for me. I can barely walk by Weds or Thurs. from excercising. Sometimes I even have to get off early because of the seat. I went to a couple of stores to find another one. Hopefully will get it this week. I want to go for an hour, I even put a towel on the seat for more cushion.

Did 35 mins on the bike and walked the mall at lunch for 45 mins. I try to workout after work, but just don't get the chance.

I had to go up 10 flights of stairs 6 times today. Didn't walk at lunch, so hopefully that covers that.

I just realized I haven't been here for 7 days. I have been working out every day but Sunday. No actually it was Saturday this week. I did 30 mins on the bike the 26, 35 mins on the 27, skipped 28. 29th did 45 mins, Monday did 35 mins, the 1st I did 25 mins and today I only did 10 mins, BUT I gotta work 16 hours today and took a 25 min walk yesterday. I have added situp everday. This got screwed up the last week, but I will come back and straighten it out, day by day.

I have only worked out twice since the first, I hurt my hip at work and waiting for it to heal. Did walk for over 2 hours over the weekend. Was feeling my cheerios. Payong for it now. Ouch!

Took break today, over did with the leg weights yesterday. I walked up 8 flights of stairs 6 times. Not for excercise. My calves were screaming.

35 minutes on bike. Lite weight workout with arms. Had 10 pound leg weights on for 8 hours. Went up 15 flights of stairs x2

You are getting in a ton of exercise everyday just at work with all the stair climbing and the typical 10-12 miles of walking. And to top that off with the bike is excellent. I do plenty of formally scheduled exercise but I'd probably wipe myself out if I did all the walking and stair climbing you've worked into your day. Way to Go!

It actually was not a planned thing. It just sort of happened. It is getting to be a bit of a drag now. It has been 6 weeks of this stair climbing thing and I have about had it. Your calves feel like they are going to burst. Especially when I have the leg weights on and have to repeatedly climb them. It'll pass. Have a great day.

I did the stairs again up and down 13x went to the 2nd floor 3 times which is 2 flights. Third floor 5 times which is 4 flights, went to fourth floor 5 times which is 8 flights. So that is a total of 13 trips and 66 flights. there are 2 flights per floor and I can't wait till I am done this building.

Just noticed I haven't posted my excercise in a while, even though I have excercised every day. Well today I did 45 minutes on bike, 200 stomach crunches, 100 leg raises e/leg. Range of motion excercises for 20 minutes

Geez i have been posting my excercise in my journal when I remember to. This week I did a combination of Pilates and bike. It went quite well. Will not be able to excercise over weekend I believe TOM is here early once again. THIS IS THE LAST TIME FOR TOM.....HURRRRAY!!!!

Have been doing 25 mins pilates and 30 mins bike.
December 19th, 20th, skipped the weend and restarted Dec 23rd. Now I have to start over wasn't home on the 24th and 25th. Got back 26th at night. Today is 27th and decided to catch up on posting instead of biking. Cramps

Ok did 35 minutes on the bike yesterday and shoveled snow 3 times today, gotta start slow...doctors orders. Will do another 35 tomorrow. Gotta get BF outta here he is throwing me way off.

Did 35 mins. yesterday and another 35 today on the bike, plus some weight work with my arms. They just look like 2 logs with no tone to them. My arms have not looked like this in years. Oh well at least there is nothing sagging underneath. Walked the mall around for 25 mins yesterday also, I posted in my journal and not here.

God let me blow the dust off of this thing. I keep forgetting to come here in the morning that I don't even know where to start. I have my IE go directly to my journal and just post my excercise there. Today I did alot, and even saw a 1/2 pound drop on the scale.


Did Pilates beginner workout and did phase three of pilates and 30 minutes on the bike. I'll just start from today and go on. Hope everyone has a good weekend.

haven't done any weights this week yet! I plan on doing all day with leg weights. Have to go away this weekend no workouts, but maybe a few walks
