Is it safe to take ephedrine+caffeine+aspirin while in induction?

Also I have asthma, and am wondering if it could have any negetive effects on me?

If you are on induction, you might want to wait before trying it. It's best to do induction by the book to see how it works for you.

To lean more about ephedra and stacks in general, visit our exercise forum, some like it, some don't.

From personal experience, if you have an active asthma period, stacking will make it worst.
