I have been on Atkins for 13 months (lose very slowly with long stalls and I have a long way to reach my goal weight). I have read The Zone (bought the book at a garage sale), but stayed on Atkins.

I am having a flare-up of CFS and when I was on the net searching for anything that might help, I came across a site where the doctor said that he recommends The Zone for his patients because it helps CFS. Has anyone else heard of this? I am thinking about switching to see if it does help, but I am afraid of gaining weight back.

Any thoughts? Advice?
