Hi all

I picked up a block of Bega light cheese (forget the actual name). And the carb count said...NIL!!! :cheer:

Can that be true!? I'm not saying I'm gonna eat a whole block in one go, but at least it means I don't have to count it in my daily carb count.

Hi Aussie,

Probably not true unfortunately. It depends on Australian labelling laws, but in some places If there is less than 1g in 100g of product they can label it as NIL (even if it is actually .9).

Even so...that's still pretty low
