Looking for a roommate again....

To share large, new 2 bedroom condo style townhouse with young working female and my two loving cats. $500/month.
* Private bathroom.
* 3 Minute walk to bus stop
* Utilities Included (no phone - but would get one)
* Washer/dryer/dishwasher
Would prefer female, non-smoking, no pets.....would love a low-carber (which is why I'm posting this here).
Also, I commute to Vancouver Monday to Friday, hours 8:30 - 4:30...would love someone to carpool with instead of transit.
